Explore what we offer

The Broadway Mentorship Project is a nonprofit organization created to support recent musical theater graduates as they transition from college to professional life in New York City. Founded by industry professionals who understand the challenges of that first year out of school, we believe that no young performer should have to navigate the business alone.

Through one-on-one mentorships with experienced actors, singers, and dancers who have lived and worked in NYC, we offer our participants real-world guidance—everything from how to find housing and survival jobs to where to get headshots, how to access auditions, and what to expect at callbacks.

In addition to mentorship, we provide financial assistance for continued training in voice, acting, and dance—recognizing that artistic growth doesn’t stop at graduation. Our goal is to ensure that talented, hardworking artists can build sustainable careers regardless of their financial situation or personal network.

Whether you’re fresh off a BFA program or preparing for your first year in the city, the Broadway Mentorship Project is here to offer you support, connection, and clarity as you take your next steps toward a life in the arts.
