Starting your career in New York City can feel overwhelming—we’re here to help. If you’re a recent graduate of a musical theater or performing arts program and want guidance from someone who’s been through it, we’d love to connect you with a mentor.
Through the Broadway Mentorship Project, you'll be matched with a professional performer based in NYC who will walk with you during your first year. They’ll offer insight on auditions, training, day-to-day survival in the city, and the emotional highs and lows of this exciting transition.
