Mentor information
Are you a professional performer living and working in New York City? Have you ever wished someone had guided you through those first chaotic months after graduation?
The Broadway Mentorship Project is looking for compassionate, experienced actors, singers, and dancers with at least 3 years of NYC experience to serve as paid mentors for recent musical theater graduates. This is a flexible, low-hour commitment that makes a high-impact difference.
As a mentor, you’ll be paired with one early-career performer for the year. You’ll offer real-world insight, encouragement, and practical support as they begin their journey into auditions, training, and city life.
Please sign up below if you are interested in becoming a mentor - we are just getting this up and running, but will be in touch when we are ready to launch!! Many thanks.
