Welcome to the Broadway Mentorship Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting recent musical theater graduates as they transition from college life to a professional career in New York City. We pair emerging performers with experienced Broadway and NYC-based artists who offer mentorship, insight, and encouragement during this critical first year. In addition to personalized guidance, we provide financial support for ongoing voice, acting, and dance training—because we believe access to top-tier coaching shouldn’t end at graduation. From finding auditions and affordable headshots to navigating callback culture, we’re here to ensure no artist has to figure it out alone.
